Financing Your Business: Exploring Funding Options for Startups & Growing Companies

Whether you’re launching a new venture or looking to expand an existing business, understanding your financing options is critical to success. Join the Entrepreneurship Council for an informative seminar designed to help entrepreneurs, small business owners, and aspiring business leaders learn about the funding resources available throughout Southeast Alabama.

Attendees will hear directly from representatives of the Southeast Alabama Regional Planning & Development Commission, local banking institutions, and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) as they discuss various financing programs and opportunities available to businesses at different stages of growth.

Topics will include:

• The Southeast Alabama Regional Planning & Development Commission’s Micro Loan Program
• Traditional business loans and credit options offered by local banks
  SBA loan programs and how they work with banks and Certified Development Companies (CDCs)
• Resources and technical assistance available through SBA partner organizations
• Strategies for identifying the right financing solution for your business

Everyone is invited to this event, you will also be able to ask questions and network with fellow business owners and those interested in starting a business.  Admission is FREE, but we ask for a donation of $10. Money will help the Entrepreneurship Council provide events like this in the community and help with other projects/programs provided by the Entrepreneurship Council. The Entrepreneurship Council is a 501 (c) 3 Organization.
